ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in X Crime No.191 of 2010 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in X Crime No.191 of 2010, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same was also taken on file as CC No.5079 of 2015.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in X Crime No.191/2010, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
