..Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2020 and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner within stipulated period.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.07.2020.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 17.08.2020, it was brought to the notice of this Court that an order has already been passed by the third respondent and the claim made by the petitioner has been rejected.

3. Hence, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate, to get instructions as to whether any written order has been passed or the application was rejected only online.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the order passed by the third respondent dated 13.08.2020, has been placed before this Court. It is seen that the order has been passed by assigning reasons.

5. In view of the above, the relief as prayed by the petitioner has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the third respondent, he can very well workout his remedy by filing appeal in accordance with law.

6. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
