Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.22 of 2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the Learned 1st Additional District cum Sessions Judge, Salem in S.C.No.430 of 2018 dated 13.12.2019 enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of Crl.A.No.22 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.22 of 2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.N.SUBRAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, Government Advocate (Crl side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This is the third bail petition.
2. When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The Registry is directed to call for the records, prepare the typed set of papers and post the main appeal for hearing in the third week of August.
