ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks action at the hands of the first respondent for the violation of the relevant Building Regulation by the fourth respondent.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that as against the action taken by the respondents 1 and 2, fourth respondent has already filed an appeal.

3.In view of the said submission, we are of the view that as the respondents 1 and 2 has already taken action, there is no need for the further direction. As against the action taken, the fourth respondent has also filed an appeal.

4. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of as no further order is required. However, the petitioner is at liberty to implead himself in the pending appeal filed by the fourth respondent. No costs.
