Respondent PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed Under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other in the nature of Writ directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Namagiripettai Village,Arulmigu Sree Mariamman Temple Festival at Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District on 11.05.2022 between 06.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m. by considering the representation dated 25.04.2022.

2.When the similar matter came up before this Court for consideration on 05.05.2022, this Court had directed the respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2022 and pass appropriate order. A copy of the order refusing the permission to conduct cultural programme passed by the respondent police is filed before this Court.
