K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.
The learned counsel for the appellant made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the intra court appeal with liberty to approach the trial Court for early disposal of the Civil Suits. In case, any such application is filed, the same shall be considered by the trial Court taking into account the pendency of this litigation right from 1994.
2. The intra court appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the above observation. No costs.
