It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the vehicle No.TN-21-AB-3484 Tata Sumo Car was handed over to the petitioner as per the order passed in CMP No.63 of 2015 by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, dated 12.01.2015 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the acknowledgment given by the petitioner dated 05.02.2015 before this Court.
