ORDER

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that he and his immediate family members belong to Hindu Scheduled Tribe (Kurichchan community) and he, his wife and children had also obtained Community Certificates from the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer in terms of the order dated 4.12.2013, made in W.P.No.29136 of 2013. The petitioner would further state that he required the State Level Scrutiny Committee to verify the genuineness of the community certificates issued to him as well as to his immediate family members and for that purpose, he requires relationship certificate with one K.Rangadurai, who is his cousin brother, and in this regard, submitted an application dated 19.2.2015, followed by a reminder dated 22.6.2015, and since no orders have been passed by the second respondent, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate.

4.This Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner in this writ petition, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 19.2.2015, and the reminder dated 22.6.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
