(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) The petitioner is detained as a "Bootlegger" under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order dated 01.04.2021 and is presently lodged in Central Prison, Cuddalore.

2. It appears that the petitioner has given a representation dated 07.06.2021 under Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 for interim release on medical ground.

3. On instructions, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the representation dated 07.06.2021 is under consideration.

4. We direct the authorities to dispose of the said representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
