O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the unsuccessful tenderer seeking a direction to the respondents to open its price bid.

2.On facts, there is no dispute that the petitioner was unable to comply with the time extended by this Court which has become final by the orders of the Apex Court. It is also not in dispute that the time was extended with a rider that no more extension would be granted. Now the petitioner's case falls beyond the time granted by this Court.

3.In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
