ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a Page No.1 of 4

period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.260 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30892 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30892 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.260 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30892 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025 is relaxed.
