This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7128 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23393 of 2023, dated 29.04.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7128 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23393 of 2023, dated 29.04.2024 is relaxed.
