ORDER
On the representation of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that despite intimating her client about the hearing of the matter, she had not received any reply from her client, this Court, by order dated, 10.07.2018, had D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.
Srcm directed to issue notice to the Petitioner for the hearing on 30.07.2018. On 30.07.2018, it was informed by this Registry that service was awaited and on 13.08.2018, this Court had directed the Registry, to put up a report with regard to service of service.
2. Thereafter, by order dated, 10.09.2018, this Court had recorded that the notice was served to the
Petitioner, but none appeared for the Petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be posted on 14.09.2018, under the caption for dismissal.
3. Even today, i.e. 14.09.2018, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner and hence, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and accordingly, this OP is dismissed, for non-prosecution.
