The Writ Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2018 and grant minority status to Sri Srinivasa Vidyashram (CBSE) School, Vellore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitionerTrust, dated 06.07.2018.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner-Trust dated 06.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
