Crl.M.P.No.5665 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5568 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5568 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5568 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
