This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2015 given to the 1st respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner has entered into a construction agreement dated 28.10.2013, with the opposite party and had even executed a Power of Attorney. Thereafter, a dispute has arisen between the petitioner and the opposite party, with respect to one flat and the petitioner has cancelled the Power of Attorney unilaterally on 17.09.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
