JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed seeking to set aside the judgment and decree in A.S.No.16 of 2007 dated 27.10.2010 passed by the sub-ordinate Judge, Gudiyattam confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.137 of 2006 dated 03.02.2007 passed by the District Munsif at Gudiyattam and set aside the same.

2. On 06.10.2017, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Second Appeal was ordered to post on 12.10.2017 under the caption "for dismissal".
