This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 07.07.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.194 of 2016.

4. On a reading of the complaint it appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the erstwhile members of the association, in respect of administration of a marriage hall. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.
