This application has been filed to amend the respondent police as Nellikuppam Police Station, Cuddalore instead of Cuddalore NT Police Station in Crl.OP.No.5143 of 2023 vide order dated 21.03.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.OP.No.

5143 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
