2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Today, Ms.A.Alamelu, Sub Inspector of Police, DCB, Kancheepuram, the Investigating Officer is present.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that, investigation in Crime No.11 of 2012 is almost completed and the Final Report is to be filed shortly.
5. Recording his submission, the respondent police is directed to file Final Report, within two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
