ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order dated 30.06.2016 in M.P.No.570 of 2014 in M.C.No.533 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. By the said order, the Court below directed as follows:

"10. In the result, this petition is partly allowed and the respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.4,000/- p.m. to the first petitioner as interim maintenance for her and her child, from the date of petition, i.e. 13.09.2014 till the disposal of M.C.533/2011. The respondent is directed to pay Rs.10,000/- to the first petitioner as litigation expenses. The monthly interim maintenance amount shall be paid on or before 5th of every calendar month. Arrears of interim maintenance and also the litigation expenses to be paid immediately. No costs."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the duty cast upon the revision petitionerhusband to take care of his wife (first respondent herein) and son (second respondent herein). Hence, I find no merit on the factual aspects to interfere with the impugned order of the Court below. Therefore, this Crl.R.C. is dismissed. Crl.M.P.No.10515 of 2016 is closed.
