Since appeal remedy is available to the petitioner before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
