Since appeal remedy is available to the petitioner before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer challenging the order passed by the first respondent and in the event of the petitioner filing an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the concerned officer is directed to consider the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
