It is stated that F.C.O.P.No.231 of 2016, which is sought to be transferred from the file of Family Court, Vellore to the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Vriddhachalam was allowed on 12.02.2018. Hence, nothing survives in the transfer petition and the same has become infructuous.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
