ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an IA in O.S.No.126 of 2025 pending on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Erode. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
