This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the basis of his complaint dated 28.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.194 of 2016.

4. On a reading of the complaint dated 28.01.2016, it essentially appears to be a land dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party and the police cannot be directed to conduct investigation in a case of this nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
