This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31978 of 2022 on 21.02.2023.
2. Heard. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police only between 18.03.2023 to 10.04.2023. Thereafter, he is not appearing before the respondent police.
3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.
However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31978 of 2023 for a further period of three weeks at 10.30 am.
Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
