O R D E R

The petitioner was suspended on 22.11.2011 on account of involvement in a case registered by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption unit. However, there was no further follow up action taken by the respondents to revoke the order of suspension. Hence, the petitioner has given representations to review the order of suspension. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The fourth respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
