Mr.D.Ravichander,SGP For R1 to R3 Mr.V.Meganathan Govt.Advocate For R4 Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application dated 10.03.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted his online application dated 10.03.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.

5.No prejudice will be caused to respondents 2 and 3 if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom respondents 2 and 3 deem it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the third respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the second respondent, the fourth respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order. No Costs.
