O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner when he reports before the respondent police for enquiry in connection with Unknown Crime Number of 2014 on the file of the above said respondent B-13, Podanur Police Station, Coimbatore upon proper service of notice.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the police had issued summon to this petitioner for his appearance on 07.09.2015. This petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.22964 of 2015 before this Court and this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 26.09.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to comply with the orders passed by this Court by appearing before the respondent police on 26.09.2015 and during the time of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be unnecessarily harassed. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
