ORDER
This Court, by order dated 17.06.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the second respondent/police on 24.06.2021 and 25.06.2021 at 10.30 a.m., along with his explanation and relevant documents, if any, in support of his complaint.
2.Now, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was suffering from fever and he is unable to appear before the second respondent/police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.It is seen that the reason given by the petitioner appears to be childish. Therefore, the respondents is directed to proceed with the enquiry on the petitioner by sending summons, as per law.
4.With the above observation and direction, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
