Crl.M.P.No.6226 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.No.29565 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1290 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29565 of 2022 dated 02.02.2023, passed by this Court, to report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30am, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the 1st petitioner herein (C.Vasudevan) has not complied with the condition, whereas, the 2nd petitioner herein (M.Thirunavukarau) has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, (i) as regards the 1st petitioner, this petition is dismissed.

(ii) with regard to the 2nd petitioner, condition imposed as against him is totally relaxed, however, he is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered, accordingly.
