PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue an Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ or order in the nature of writ, calling for the records of the Revenue Tahsildar, Ulundurpet, culminating in Na.Ka.A4/2517/2009 dated .05.2017 and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to take any coercive steps in bringing the petitioner property into public auction. ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the present impugned order came to be passed due to non-payment of the loan amount by the petitioner. However, during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the entire loan amount was paid by the petitioner and the same was reiterated by the learned counsel for respondents.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infractuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
