This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 11.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.30396 of 2022 in paragraph 6, in which the petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each, one surety must be a blood surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only), with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police.
