ORDER

These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to dispense with the production of the Certified copy of the FIR in Cr.Nos.2 and 3 of 2016 on the file of the 1st Respondent. 2.Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaints have been registered in the year 2016, now, summons has been issued to produce the documents and hence, seeks interim order from this Court not to issue summons or not to take any coercive steps. 3.Learned Government Advocate for the first respondent submitted that summons have been issued only in respect of production of certain documents and no arrest would be made on the basis of summons. Learned Government Advocate on instructions from the respondent

police made such submissions. His submission is recorded. 4.Therefore, mere issuance of summons for production of certain documents, this Court is of the view that there may not be any apprehension for arrest etc. Taking note of the submissions, let the petitioner/his son shall cooperate with the first respondent and produce the available documents for investigation.

5.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Original Petitions, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 24.08.2020 under the caption "for admission". On such admission, the parties are given an opportunity and the matters will be heard on merits.
