O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of dismissal dated 13.06.2006, this writ petition has been filed. Subsequently, the petitioner was reinstated into service and subsequently, he retired from service also on attaining the age of superannuation.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that in view of the above factual position, this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Considering the submissions of the respective counsel and in our considered view nothing survives for further adjudication and it has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

5. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to ventilate his grievances if any, consequent to his reinstatement and retirement of service in appropriate forum in accordance with law. 23.06.2025 Index :Yes/No AT 2/4
