4.On perusal of the order of this Court, it is noticed that this Court on 17.03.2023 has suspended the sentence of the petitioner and directed him to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, LevelII, Coimbatore. It is the contention of the petitioner that the learned Judicial Magistrate insisted the petitioner to produce the solvency certificate. It is made clear that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) and it is not necessary to produce the solvency certificate for the same.
5.In view of the above, the modification petition is unwarranted and the same is dismissed.
