This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16860 of 2023, dated 07.12.2023.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16860 of 2023, dated 07.12.2023, is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and other petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet.
