This Writ Petition has been filed Under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other in the nature of Writ directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Vagurampatti Village, Singilipatti Arulmigu Sree Mariamman Temple Festival at Namakkal Taluk & District on 08.05.2022 between 06.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2022. For Petitioner : M/s.V.Gayathri For Respondent : Mr.R.Murthi Government Advocate (Crl.Side) O R D E R The petitioner has stated in his writ petition that he has sent the representation on 21.04.2022, whereas the postal receipt shows that the representation was sent only on 04.05.2022.

2.The petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hands and suppressed the fact in order to get the order in his favour. The petitioner has not given sufficient time to the respondent police to consider his representation and pass order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Therefore, under this circumstance, the approach of the petitioner is intending to abuse the process of Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner.

4.This writ petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs.
