4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.246 of 2010 was completed and charge sheet was filed in CC.No.7 of 2011 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram and the accused were acquitted on 21.08.2012.
Recording the same, this petition is closed as having become infructous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
