Respondent PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed Under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other in the nature of Writ directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Thuthikulam Village, Arulmigu Sree Maha Mariamman Temple Festival at Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District on 09.05.2022 between 06.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2022. For Petitioner : M/s.V.Gayathri For Respondent : Mr.R.Murthi Government Advocate (Crl.Side) O R D E R The writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent police to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.04.2022.

2.When the matter came up before this Court for consideration on 05.05.2022, this Court had directed the respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2022 and pass appropriate order. A copy of the order passed by the respondent police is filed before this Court.

3.The reasons stated by the respondent police is not satisfactory. The reasons were awkward and not to be accepted. Therefore, the order passed by the respondent police is set aside. The respondent police is directed to pass a fresh order to the representation dated 22.04.2022 given by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two (2) days from today, since the festival is schedule to be held on 09.05.2022.
