Respondent PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed Under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other in the nature of Writ directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Udayarpalayam Village, Arulmigu Sree Uchi Makaliamman Temple Festival at Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District on 11.05.2022 between 06.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m. by considering the representation dated 24.04.2022. For Petitioner : M/s.V.Gayathri For Respondent : Mr.R.Murthi Government Advocate (Crl.Side) O R D E R The writ petition is filed on 04.05.2022 and the representation to the respondent police is also sent on the same day i.e. 04.05.2022.

2.The petitioner has not approached this court with clean hands and the petitioner without given sufficient time and opportunity to the respondent police has filed this writ petition.

3.Considering the fact that the representation was submitted only on the date of filing of this writ petition and also considering the fact that the respondent police was not given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sufficient time to make preliminary enquiry and apply their mind and give appropriate response to the representation. This court is not inclined to allow this petition.

4.It appears that the petitioner has suppressed the material facts with an intention to abuse the judicial process of law. Hence, this Court deems it fit to dismiss this petition with exemplary cost.

5.This petition is dismissed accordingly. The counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in favour of the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry.
