O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2017 and issue birth certificate in favour of the petitioner's daughter Waheeda.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 06.07.2017, to the respondent, claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
