This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.9(b) imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.5798 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
