These matters are listed today under the caption ''For Being Mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in all the three petitions submitted that vide order dated 15.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner by accepting his submission that the petitioner, on his own volition, is willing to pay a total sum of Rs.1,00,000/-, in all the crime numbers, however, in the individual orders, it has been inadvertently shown as if the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- in each of the crime number. Accordingly, he prays for necessary correction to be made in the said orders and for issuance of a fresh copy of the orders.
3. Though this Court, vide order dated 15.6.2021, while accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, on his own volition is ready and willing to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in toto, covering all the crime numbers, had granted
anticipatory bail, however, due to inadvertence, while typing the individual orders, it has been inadvertently typed as if the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.1,00,000/- in each of the crime number. The said error had crept in para-3 and clause (b) of para-6 of the orders dated 15.6.2021 in the above criminal original petitions.
4. In view of the above, the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as is appearing in para-3 and para-6 of clause (b) of the orders dated 15.06.2021 in the above criminal original petitions shall stand corrected as Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only).
5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the orders dated 15.6.2021 in the above criminal original petitions and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
