2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is seen that notice served. None appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 315 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned.
