This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5516 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Karaikkal and report before the Karaikkal Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m and thereafter as and when requeired for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5516 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Karaikkal Police Station on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
