3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 23.05.2016 given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.236 of 2016 for the offences u/s 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
