The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.33280 of 2016 dated 26.09.2016, in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition, directed the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2016 seeking to release he pensionary benefits in the light of the Tamil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Nadu Pension Rules 1978 and pass appropriate orders, on

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent.

Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives for further consideration in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
