This petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.305 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent. The petitioner is being an accused in Crime No.305 of 2019 and he has been granted anticipatory bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Crl.O.P.No.33923 of 2019, on condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. As such, not to harass does not arose and the plea of the petitioner is hereby dismissed. However the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that the petitioner is directed to comply the condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail.
3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
