O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 392, 397 of IPC in Cr.No.166 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.1,200/-.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is history sheeted accused and further submitted that there are seven previous cases as against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that there are seven previous cases as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
